The National Dieterary Survey 2013–2022 examines the dietary habits of the Cypriot population, obesity and other health parameters related to nutrition. A total of 1,864 individuals from across the free areas of Cyprus participated, covering various age groups. The results show high levels of obesity, low adherence to the Mediterranean Diet, and limited physical activity. The study provides data for shaping nutritional policies and promoting public health in Cyprus.
